Shipping policy
Each 3D piece is individually prepared and, where applicable, airbrushed by hand.
Please allow 7–14 business days for order processing and production before shipment. This timeframe does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.
Orders may be completed and shipped sooner. During periods of high order volume or unforeseen production delays, additional processing time may be required. If a significant delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an update.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided using the contact information submitted at checkout.
3D is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after an order has been transferred to the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or been shipped.
