RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Every 3D piece is created with intention. Due to the limited and handcrafted nature of our garments, custom and personalized pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Ready-to-wear, non-personalized items may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery. All items must remain unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

CUSTOM PIECES

Please review all lettering, numbers, sizing, and personalization details carefully before completing your order. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Variations in shading, color, placement, and finish are characteristics of our hand-airbrushed process. No two pieces are exactly alike, and these natural variations are not considered defects.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or differs from the details confirmed in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item.

Orders confirmed to have an error on our behalf will be corrected accordingly.

EXCHANGES

Approved exchanges apply to eligible non-personalized items only. Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery will not be accepted.

3D reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet the requirements outlined above.
